In order to set up payment for your spa uniform by account - please download our credit account application form to your PC. Complete and send the form as an attachment to onlinesales@fashionizerspa.com.

Please be aware that as with many account facilities, this process typically takes 4-5 weeks, so you will not be able to receive your spa uniforms immediately. For delivery within 3-5 working days please purchase by credit or debit card.
