Postage and Packing
All orders incur a P&P charge which is automatically calculated for you when ordering on the website. Please see our delivery page for information on delivery charges.
VAT and Pricing
All prices are subject to VAT of 20%. Prices within the catalogue or website are subject to change without notice.
Special VAT Exemption for EURO customers spending £500 or more
Euro customers please note, if your uniforms bill comes to £500 or more, you will not be charged for VAT. There are two conditions, however – payment must be made directly into our Euro bank account and if you send us your VAT number. Please order by telephone ONLY to take advantage of VAT free garments - we will not be able to refund VAT on garments bought online.
Import duty, tax and charges
Please make sure that you are aware of your country's import tax and or duty charges before you order from us. Fashionizer Spa is not liable for any additional import tax and or duty charges issued by your country's national import office to you. Such charges are issued by the country's national import office to the recipient and are not controlled by Fashionizer Spa in any way. Import duty and taxes vary from country to country and they also depend on the value of your order. If in doubt please consult your country's governmental or national import office website for further information.
Should you need to return or exchange any unworn, unwashed and uncustomised stock garments, in exactly the same condition it was sent to you, you must do so within 14 days of the dispatch date. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or recorded delivery for any goods that you are returning, as we cannot be held responsibile for parcels that do not arrive. Please allow 12 working days for your account to be credited. Please return the completed Exchange Form provided with the original delivery. Please note that buyers will be charged for the cost of the delivery of the replacement uniforms, as well as the £3 credit/debit card charge. We reserve the right to charge an exchange fee on large or multiple exchanges. Please note that your invoice will be sent to you inside the garment package. To avoid unnecessary exchanges, please refer to our uniform sizing chart to ensure you order the correct sizes or contact our sales team on email@example.com.
Paying on account
If you wish to have goods delivered prior to payment, you will need to fill in our New Credit Account Form. Once your account has been set up (this will take three to four weeks), you will be able to purchase garments on account up to the agreed credit limit and be invoiced on delivery. Once those details are checked we will dispatch goods within seven days provided your items are in stock at the time of the order and we will invoice you on delivery. Our terms of payment are 14 days.
Online Credit Card Safety
Our ordering system is completely secure. When you pay by credit card, you are transferred to the Pay Pal server where you can enter all your card details safely.
Garment Care & Life Expectancy
1. Please follow instructions for the purchase of garments for appropriate departments as indicated in descriptions.
2. Please ensure garments are the right size according to the size guide and are not worn too tight.
3. The standard issue of uniforms for a full time member of staff should at least consist of the following: three tunics and two trousers, or three dresses.
4. Garments should be worn in rotation.
5. Laundry care instructions in each garment are to be followed. Please do not use washing powders with bleaching agents on any of our products. We recommend using either Ariel or Persil Non Bio.
6. Garments should be cleaned and pressed regularly.
Based on the above standards and care the life expectancy of spa tunics, trousers and dresses is 12 months. Garments can and will last longer, however the final life of garments is always dependant on the care stafftake, fit of garments, laundry facilities, and maintenance of uniforms as a whole.
Our garment guarantee covers non-performance due to manufacturing or fabric issues; it does not cover normal wear and tear, spillage, mis-use of any kind, or non-adherence to cleaning instructions. For instance, garments are not to be tumble dried and we will not be liable for any damage relating to not following cleaning instructions correctly.
