World-leading, Exclusive Fabric
Fashionizer Spa is the only cotton and organic cotton spa uniform supplier in the UK.
Cool and Breathable
Cotton has long been known for its comfort factor - it's both cooling and breathable. When hospitality companies told Fashionizer they were unable to source spa uniforms that were made of cotton and that were stretchy, Fashionizer undertook a significant challenge and decided to create one. Following 2½ years of specialist development and rigorous testing, Cotton Performance Fabric - CPF - was born. CPF is exclusive to Fashionizer, and successfully combines cotton, Lycra and other fibres - delivering all day freshness and comfort as well as impeccable image.
Hot Climates - If your spa is in a very hot country and you would prefer linen or another fabric, Fashionizer can access a vast number of fabrics for you and or even create, weave or dye a fabric for a bespoke spa uniform project.
CPF - For all Team Members
The majority of our stock spa uniform collection is made in CPF presenting an opportunity to use different styles to differentiate between team members and job roles within your spa. For example - your spa's receptionists could wear the Alitha Dress, spa managers, could wear Opeia, spa therapists could wear the Inka tunic with Lyra, Saphora capri trousers or the Lai shorts, with male team members wearing the co-ordinating Antares shirt, and matching Rios trousers.
If you prefer not to go for neutral colours, you could select our Mix & Match uniforms option where for a minimum order you select brighter colours, or colours to match your spa brand for the existing uniform styles.
Soil Release for the removal of oil stains
CPF is constructed to enable our uniforms to be washed at 60°. We have also added a soil release treatment to assist in keeping your spa uniforms stain free. The fabric has a textured grid which enables the Lycra to be washed at a higher temperature, and also reduces wrinkling.
Organic and Sustainable
The spa industry recognises the importance of sustainability. Fashionizer Spa's organic cotton (Futura ®) is grown without the use of chemicals, pesticides, or heavy metals, helping to preserve biodiversity and protect species from extinction. All dyeing methods used are approved to EU standards, which are the strictest in the world. Fashionizer Spa provides spas with an effective way to make a significant difference. Our organic cotton is used not only in our Sun and Alya garments, but it is also available as part of a bespoke uniform package.
Garment Care & Life Expectancy
1. Please follow instructions for the purchase of garments for appropriate departments as indicated in descriptions.
2. Please ensure garments are the right size according to the size guide and are not worn too tight.
3. The standard issue of uniforms for a full time member of staff should at least consist of the following: three tunics and two trousers, or three dresses.
4. Garments should be worn in rotation.
5. Laundry care instructions in each garment are to be followed. Please do not use washing powders with bleaching agents on any of our products. We recommend using either Ariel or Persil Non Bio.
6. Garments should be cleaned and pressed regularly.
Based on the above standards and care the life expectancy of spa tunics, trousers and dresses is 12 months. Garments can and will last longer, however the final life of garments is always dependant on the care stafftake, fit of garments, laundry facilities, and maintenance of uniforms as a whole.
Our garment guarantee covers non-performance due to manufacturing or fabric issues; it does not cover normal wear and tear, spillage, mis-use of any kind, or non-adherence to cleaning instructions. For instance, garments are not to be tumble dried and we will not be liable for any damage relating to not following cleaning instructions correctly.
